Proof of ID and Address Requirements

Documents that can be used as proof of address and identity. Where proof of identity is required you need to send to the UNOVI client support two different documents, one from each list below.

Proof of identity

This list covers forms of identification accepted by the UNOVI when dealing with client accounts.

Money laundering regulations

The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 require appropriate identity (ID) evidence to be provided when certain transactions take place.

This checklist sets out the ID evidence needed when the transaction involves an individual.
