UNOVI Account

A user account is an established technique for connecting a user and an information service,  namely UNOVI Activity Cloud Hub. User accounts determine whether a user can connect to a computer, network or particular service or product or not. A user account is one of the best methods to authenticate to a system and receive the necessary access to resources of that system. User account created once upon user first time registration.

User Account Explains

A user account consists of a username, password and any information related to the user. Most products and services which need to be accessed by multiple users make use of user accounts. Email address is the most common example of a user’s login.

When it comes to UNOVI Activity Cloud Hub, there are two main types of user accounts: individual and business. A business user account has all privileges to perform tasks as a legal entity and may be only created as a connected account to the main individual user account that has been successfully verified.

An Individual user account has all permissions to perform tasks as an individual due to country of residence legislation. Individual user account may have two statuses – verified and unverified. To be able to use most products and services, users do not have to verify their account, but for some services such as financial services, company formation, trademark registration, and some other user has to verify his or her identity.

The Purpose of User Accounts

UNOVI Accounts are a Web service. Each UNOVI Account serves as the user account for one User (Individual), bringing together data and tools connected with the use of selected software products (“Software”) or services and products (“Other Products”), including, but not necessarily exclusively including, products that UNOVI has created or operates.

UNOVI Accounts exist primarily to provide and hold:

  • Security, authorisation and authentication purposes
  • Providing access to products and services
  • Legal and information purposes
  • Convenience of paying for various goods, works and services and accounting for settlements between the User and the System
  • Marketing and Advertising
  • Records containing User information;
  • Records about, and evidence of, the User’s payment information and methods;
  • Records about, and evidence of, the existence and extent of the User’s right to use Software to which the User has rightfully obtained usage rights (the “License”);
  • Records about, and evidence of, the existence and extent of the User’s right to use Other Products (“Access Rights”);
  • Records containing accounting and registration documents for the Software and Other Products;
  • Settings for other properties (the configuration) of the Software and Other Products;
  • Records about, and settings concerning, acts of assenting to the handling of personal data;
  • Records about, and settings for, assent to the sending of mailings to the User by UNOVI;
  • Individual communications between the User and UNOVI related to the provision of the Software or Other Products (the provision of technical support, refund-process handling, etc.).

If the extent and conditions for the services provided via a UNOVI Account are not directly defined in these Conditions, then UNOVI further defines them in the price list and in the general business conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), which form an integral part of this Agreement, and which UNOVI typically publishes on its website or in other publicly available materials.

The user will take into account the fact that the use of certain Software or Other Services may be contingent upon the verification of a License or Access Rights or Country of Residence legislation and, or other circumstances. The specific extent and conditions of services offered via an UNOVI Account do not, however, have any influence on the extent and conditions of the provision of the Software and Other Products, or where appropriate the products of third parties that use UNOVI Accounts to verify the authorization for their use, and which are the subject of other contractual relationships with UNOVI or third parties.

User Verification

The use of certain UNOVI Account services may be contingent upon the verification of the User (“Verification” leading to a “Verified User”). Verification may include a requirement to provide personal information that enables the unique identification of the User as a physical person. The User is obligated to provide truthful, correct, and non-misleading information for Verification. UNOVI is entitled to require the User to confirm information that provides proof of their true identity, and this primarily in the form of a guaranteed digital signature based on a qualified certificate, or if appropriate by presenting valid personal records. For the verification purposes we may use third parties service as well as government bodies service.

Information On Use

The UNOVI Accounts may gather information on selected Acts of the User, including the period of use. The data thus obtained is always transferred to UNOVI anonymously; it is not connected in any way with a particular User or their UNOVI Account, and serves exclusively for statistical purposes and for supporting the development and optimization of UNOVI Activity Cloud Hub. This data is stored on UNOVI’s secure servers.

Besides all of the data above, UNOVI stores data on all User Account activities, devices, product and services used by the User, web pages visited by the User, and the links visited and trajectory taken by the User within these pages, and other data that UNOVI decides to gather.

The User automatically agrees to the collection, storage, and evaluation of all the above-mentioned data in an extent in accord with UNOVI’s policy for work with personal data (its Privacy Policy) contained in the Terms and Conditions. The sending of the above-mentioned data may not be prevented by the User.
