Most importantly, we are deeply concerned about the conflict in Ukraine. We deplore the violation of international law and the Russian aggression against Ukraine. We stand with the Ukrainian people.
“Given the unrelenting assault on Ukraine and the escalating humanitarian crisis, we are taking steps to pause those business activities in Russia and Belarus, we can and will pause immediately. Nowadays, UNOVI announced it was reviewing its business in Russia. We will separate our practice in Russia and Belarus from the global company network. UNOVI will no longer operate in Russia and Belarus as well as we will suspend all those clients account which are from Russia and Belarus.
Even as we suspend these business activities, we remain committed to our dedicated colleagues in Russia, who will remain employed. While we know this is the right decision, it will have an impact on UNOVI’s ~100 professionals located in Russia and Belarus. We will support all impacted colleagues during this transition and do all we can to assist them during this extremely difficult time.
We will continue to prioritise the needs of our people and clients. Whilst we bring the full strength of UNOVI’s resources to bear in addressing the mounting humanitarian needs in Ukraine. And we continue to work with our partners to provide urgent aid and other much-needed assistance to refugees.

Statement from Global CEO Office
As the war in Ukraine continues to unfold, I wanted to provide you with an update on how UNOVI is responding to the tragic events. First, I and UNOVI’s employees’ hearts and minds continue to be with those who are needlessly suffering as a result of this conflict. It is devastating to see the Russian bombing of Ukraine.
In response to the current aggression, UNOVI will cease any operations with Russian businesses, after close consideration, we’ve decided now is the time to act.
As a result, we have also opened the UNOVI Helping Hand Program, allowing all Ukrainians and those who need it most globally to receive the funds that we aggregate from our charity activities to support humanitarian efforts related to the conflict in Ukraine.
We are a mission- and values-based company. This perspective transcends borders. We have supported one another and stayed focused on serving clients and providing our employees with their jobs throughout the pandemic, and I ask that we continue to do so again now.
We will continue to comply with all applicable sanctions; UNOVI does not serve any entities of Russia’s Central Government. Our primary focus will continue to be for the safety and well-being of our people as well as bringing to bear our global resources to address the humanitarian needs across Europe.
