Who are not domestic customers?

  • The ability to adapt quickly in all situations

Again, if you put this on your resume, even though you don’t have these qualities, a qualified employee will know what kind of person you really are. All of these points can be checked during the interview, and also these questions can be veiled or “on the surface”.

So, the whole staff of the company needs to be client-oriented. This aspect is your guarantee that you will devote yourself to your work and will not just be paid for staying at your workplace, but that your employer will be satisfied with your work, and even more importantly, that you have satisfied your client. And giving yourself to your work doesn’t always mean trying and doing something at your workplace with quality (although it’s also very important), but that you work with each person individually, in the sense that you have a different approach to everyone, which you think will be right and will please the client. 

What are the differences between domestic and not domestic customers?

  • Domestic customer may be a beneficiary in the profits from selling a product of an entity, but not domestic customer is not a beneficiary in the profits from selling a product of an entity
  • An domestic customer may buy a product for something he or she does not use, but an not domestic customer is buying the product for his or her own use
  • The domestic customer may be an intermediary between the company and the end user, but the external (not domestic) customer may be the end user
  • The internal (domestic) customer is well aware of the actual cost of production and so he bargains with the organization to get the product at a reasonable price, while the external customer cannot bargain because he is not related to the company and has no such knowledge or ability to bring down the price of the product

Although not domestic customers have the disadvantage of overpricing a product compared to the price of the same product for an internal customer, they still have their advantages:

  • The good feeling of knowing that this product is for you
  • Most of the products you are sold can be replaced or refunded if there is a problem
  • The person or person who sells you a product treats you individually and tries to make everything convenient for you
  • Free choice of products of your choice 
  • Confidence in the quality of purchased products
